On Sunday, we had Hudson baptized and it was a beautiful day spent with those who are very dear to us. Hudson was so sweet and loved getting the water trickled over his head! He made the congregation laugh with his giant grin after coming up from the baptismal fount :).
This was a very special day for our family. To Carson and I it signifies an outward expression of God's commitment to Hudson as well as our commitment to raise Hudson in a home that knows, loves and serves the Lord. We are excited to take on the responsibility of training Hudson in the practice of faith and to teach him about who Jesus is, how much he loves us and how we are to live like Him each day. We pray that one day Hudson will know Jesus as his personal savior and friend and that he will choose on his own to commit his life to Him. We celebrated with our families and friends and felt so thankful that the Lord has already blessed sweet Hudson with so many who love him!
