This past weekend, we headed down to the beach. It was cold, but sunny with crystal clear blue skies. We pretty much stayed in
pajamas comfy clothes all weekend, cranked up the fire and just relaxed. Carson even took Hudson on a long run/walk one morning and I got to take a nap. It was fantastic. There's something about the beach that makes you forget everything else going on at home. It was easy to focus on one another without feeling like we needed to run here or there, clean this or that...like most weekends. Even in the middle of winter, it's always a vacation at the beach!
